We are on a mission to discover new treatment answers for patients in times of need.

We're seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to optimize our pricing strategies, directly impacting the financial growth for our Clinical Pharmacology Services (CPS).

**Job Details** This is a full-time, permanent job. Remote or hybrid, ideally based in the UK (in Leeds we have our brand new, world-class, state-of-the-art 65,000 ft² clinic with 100 beds fully dedicated to CPS research).

**Responsibilities** You will act as a primary person in the assessment and approval of budgets for the UK and the US 4 x Clinical Research Units Services. You will work on highly time-sensitive client deliverables, as you will be the last team to approve budgets before they go to the client. You will:

- Help ensure pricing packages are approved and delivered to clients on time.

- Check that budgets and financial calculations are accurate.

- Review margins.

- Advise Sales and Client Managers on client pricing negotiations, discount guidance, and authorizations.

You will also take a leading part:

- Building and maintaining internal costing models and tools.

- Developing commercial data pricing analysis for key insights into Fortrea's commercial engine.

You will also support commercial, sales, RFI responses, and Clinical teams with all their data analytics and reporting needs.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or Life Sciences.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the fields of financial budgeting, pricing, margin analysis, proposals, or contracts.

- Previous experience in the clinical research sector is a plus.

- Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency is a must-have. Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI are beneficial.

- Efficient multitasker: adept at prioritizing tasks within a dynamic, changing priorities and rapidly expanding environment.

- Skilled in building rapport through diplomacy and tact, with excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey analysis and recommendations clearly and concisely.
