## Description

We are seeking part-time Event Guest Services Fan Crew members to join our team. As a member of the Fan Crew, you will be responsible for bringing our guests an unforgettable racing experience. You will work select publicly ticketed events throughout the year, assisting fans in a safe and friendly manner.

Shifts and hours will vary depending on specific event needs. You must be able to stand for long periods of time, work outdoors in changing weather, and possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You will also be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

As a Fan Crew member, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting fans in a safe and friendly manner

- Working select publicly ticketed events throughout the year

- Standing for long periods of time

- Possessing excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

**Roles within the Fan Crew:**

- ADA Cart Driver Fan Crew: Safely transport guests with disabilities via golf carts to and from designated locations.

- Shuttle Stop Fan Crew: Crucial to the safety and efficiency of the ADA Cart program to keep an organized flow of the fan queue line and the ADA Carts.

- Admissions Fan Crew: Check each guest's ticket or credential for valid entry into the Venue or infield.

- Guest Services Booth Fan Crew: Positioned at Guest Services Booths that are located around property and in the Venue.

- Venue Fan Crew: Responsible for bringing our guests an unforgettable race day experience!

- Support Team: Assists the entire Guest Services department with critical tasks before, during, and after events.

- Wardrobe Fan Crew: Oversees the organization of wardrobe for all Guest Services sub-departments by issuing and receiving uniforms.

- January 25-28

- February 14-18

- March 2

- August 23-24
