## Description

We are seeking a Medical Information Regional Manager to lead our medical information communication team in the designated regions of Shenyang, Tianjin, Harbin, and Jilin.

As a Medical Information Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing all business activities in your assigned region, including developing and implementing regional goals and development plans, establishing a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve company goals and objectives

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of medical information specialists

- Foster a culture of compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations

- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their professional knowledge and skills

- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

- Coordinate and implement projects and activities, allocating resources effectively

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the region

- Stay up-to-date with relevant policies and regulations, collaborating with internal departments as needed

Requirements:

- University degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience as a medical representative in the pharmaceutical industry

- Strong knowledge of MS Office and good English language skills

- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong learning and self-motivation skills
