## Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Program Manager to join our Creative Operations team at NVIDIA. As a Senior Account Program Manager, you will drive day-to-day communications and operations between the Creative staff and NVIDIA's business units, ensuring timely delivery of quality creative products to internal clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead communications with internal clients and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks and risks to ensure successful project delivery.

- Manage projects from initial briefing to on-time delivery, including scope, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with internal partners to provide top-notch service and set expectations on workflow.

- Coordinate with external contractors as needed.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of project management experience, preferably in the high-tech industry.

- Proven track record of managing high-volume, deadline-driven projects with multiple internal customers.

- Collaborative style with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Agency experience preferred.

- Strong analytical, digital marketing, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with creative, multimedia, and web development processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Interest or experience with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into workflows.
