## Description

As a Red Bull Területi képviselő (Striker), you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of Red Bull products in a designated geographic area, specifically in retail and impulse channels.

Your main tasks will include:

- Visiting agreed-upon stores with the right frequency, in a cost-effective manner

- Achieving daily visits within your designated area

- Maintaining up-to-date information on new or closing stores in your area

- Ensuring the premium appearance of Red Bull products according to regional and national strategies

- Continuously developing Perfect Stores with a focus on availability, distribution, visibility of displays, and communication of brand messages

- Building strong relationships with decision-makers through effective and assertive communication

- Negotiating with decision-makers, presenting market information, and sharing commercial offers

- Proactively seeking business opportunities to enhance the Red Bull in-store appearance

- Managing inventory to minimize stockouts and ensure continuous product availability

- Monitoring and maintaining Point of Sale (POS) materials

- Performing administrative tasks accurately and on time

- Creating comprehensive audits after each visit

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG sector

- Valid driver's license

- Ability to build and manage strong business relationships

- Good sales skills: communication, negotiation techniques, objection handling

- Familiarity with off-premise channels (retail, impulse, non-traditional)

- Basic knowledge of commercial awareness

- Proficiency in reporting, budgeting, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Travel requirements: 90-100%
