## Description

We are looking for a student intern to join our Corporate team in Amsterdam for two months. As a student intern, you will gain practical experience and develop a broad understanding of corporate and commercial law.

Our Corporate team consists of around 35 lawyers and is one of the larger sections of our office globally and in Amsterdam. The team specializes in mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, restructurings, joint ventures, and other forms of collaboration.

As a student intern, you will work closely with our Corporate associates and gain a comprehensive understanding of the practice. You will be part of a diverse and international team and have the opportunity to attend networking events.

**Requirements:**

- Final phase of Bachelor's or Master's degree

- Civil law degree (or planning to obtain one)

- Demonstrated interest in law

- Social, proactive, and enthusiastic

- Fluent in Dutch and English
