## Description

As the Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist, you'll serve as a key point of contact for candidates and employees, bringing our culture to life from the very first touchpoint.

You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for all non-exempt positions, support new employees during onboarding, and assist with essential HR operations. This role blends talent acquisition, HR coordination, and people-focused administrative excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading recruiting efforts for intern, temporary, and non-exempt positions - from posting jobs to extending offers.

- Screening applicants to identify strong matches and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

- Coordinating interviews, assessments, and hiring events with speed and professionalism.

- Maintaining job postings and recruiting dashboards to keep hiring managers informed.

- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared.

- Managing I-9 verifications and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.

- Accurately entering new hire data into the HRIS and maintaining data integrity across systems.

- Processing HR-related invoices and supporting basic HR recordkeeping and administration.

- Providing administrative support for training sessions, workshops, and course enrollment.

- Tracking participation, maintaining learning records, and helping employees navigate development tools.

- Serving as a friendly, approachable resource for day-to-day questions.

- Looking for opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.

- Partnering with the HR team on projects and initiatives as needed.
