## Description

We are seeking a Targeting Officer to join our team in Northern Virginia. As a Targeting Officer, you will guide and monitor the execution of collection operations and integrate that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. You will communicate this narrative regularly to a wide audience of stakeholders, in written form and verbally in both formal and ad-hoc briefings. Throughout this process, you will identify gaps in information and take proactive steps to address those gaps.

Key skills for success include the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, often under high stress. You must be able to think critically and communicate highly complex information accurately, clearly, and in the proper context of a larger effort. You should be comfortable and familiar with drafting and disseminating written RFIs. The ability to confidently and clearly deliver concise briefings is a key skill for Targeting Officers.

Responsibilities:

- Guide and monitor the execution of collection operations

- Integrate collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative

- Communicate the narrative to stakeholders through written and verbal briefings

- Identify gaps in information and take proactive steps to address them

- Work collaboratively in a team environment, often under high stress

- Think critically and communicate complex information accurately and clearly

- Draft and disseminate written RFIs

- Deliver concise briefings

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Ability to multitask

- Ability to work in high stress environments

- Experience with targeting tools, databases, all source targeting methodologies, and different intel sources

- Able to manage taskings and maintain information flow across multiple organizations

- Valid driver's license with real ID

Education:

- Bachelor's degree and at least 8 to 12 years of full-time professional experience

- Master's degree highly desirable with 6 to 10 years of experience

Salary: $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
