## Description

Our client is one of the United States' largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premium well over US$25 Billion (P&C). They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees.

This role is responsible for designing and developing architecture delivery (integration, process, applications, data and technology) with alignment to the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmap. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in System Architecture and basic knowledge of related job disciplines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and develop architecture delivery with alignment to the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmap

- Collaborate and align with platform architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into solutions on Salesforce

- Hands-on development using out-of-box features and custom development with Apex, Visualforce and other force.com programming languages including high proficiency in Lightning Web Components(HTML, CSS, Javascript)

- Integration experience using Web based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Middleware tools such as Mulesoft

- Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins

- Hands on experience on Agile framework like SAFe and DevOps

- Develop and maintain Salesforce technical roadmaps and strategies

- Develop and enforce Salesforce governance and security policies

- Conduct Salesforce performance optimization and tuning

**Requirements:**

- 10+ years of experience with Salesforce with 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect

- End to End implementation experience with Salesforce platform

- Strong experience in hands-on development using out-of-box features and custom development with Apex, Visualforce and other force.com programming languages

- Integration experience using Web based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Middleware tools such as Mulesoft

- Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins

- Hands on experience on Agile framework like SAFe and DevOps

- Strong experience in Sales and Service cloud including chat

- Experience with other Salesforce products like Financial Cloud , Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud would be beneficial

- Salesforce Admin, Developer and Architect Certifications
