## Description

Join our team as an Angio Interventionalist at Intermountain Health Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Angio Interventionalist to provide exceptional care in an environment that values growth.

**Responsibilities and Qualifications:** The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of Angio/Interventional experience or 1-2 years of vascular or interventional experience. Key skills and abilities include:

- Recognising emergent patient situations and responding appropriately

- Ability to function independently and as part of a team

- Effective interaction and communication with caregivers and patients

- Understanding of anatomy, anatomic terminology, and positioning competency

- Knowledge and adherence to infection control and sterile techniques

**Licenses and Certifications:**

- ARRT - American Registry Upon Hire Required

- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

- ACLS - within 120 Days Preferred

- PALS - Pediatric Advanced within 120 Days Required for pediatric hospitals

- Vascular/Interventional radiography certification Preferred

- Relevant State Licensure and/or certifications Upon Hire Required

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ongoing need to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies

- Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require verbal communication as well as hearing and understanding spoken information

- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy

- Expected to lift and utilise full range of movement to transfer patients

- Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment

**Hourly Rate:** $35.60 - $54.93 per hour, actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
