## Description

You are a highly skilled program manager with strong understanding of Artificial intelligence technology and its transformative potential. With deep expertise in leading complex, cross-functional programs, you thrive in fast-paced environments where strategic thinking and execution go hand in hand. You are comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executive leadership, and excel at aligning program objectives with organisational strategy.

### Responsibilities

- Lead and scale Synopsys' enterprise AI Governance operating model across GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, third-party AI solutions, and internal AI applications, establishing processes for intake, evaluation, approval, monitoring, risk management, and lifecycle oversight

- Partner with Legal, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Compliance, Procurement, Engineering, Product, IT, and business stakeholders to evaluate AI technologies and use cases, ensuring alignment across risk, regulatory compliance, IP protection, privacy, and security requirements

- Operationalise governance frameworks including NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), ISO/IEC 42001, and Responsible AI principles, translating them into practical workflows that balance innovation velocity with enterprise risk

- Define governance patterns for Agentic AI systems, including access controls, monitoring, auditability, and lifecycle management, partnering with R&D teams to ensure safe and responsible deployment

- Drive AI Academy initiatives in partnership with People and business leaders to build AI literacy, responsible AI awareness, and role-specific AI skills across the organisation, developing adoption playbooks and enablement programs

- Develop governance metrics, executive dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across AI adoption and risk management

- Support strategic AI ecosystem partnerships, platform evaluations, and technology provider assessments, contributing to enterprise AI strategy, adoption roadmaps, and executive communications

### The Impact You Will Have

- Shape how Synopsys governs, deploys, and scales AI technologies across 30,000 employees, establishing the foundation for responsible and secure AI adoption company-wide

- Enable business units and corporate functions to adopt GenAI and Agentic AI safely and effectively, reducing risk exposure while accelerating innovation velocity

- Build governance processes that protect Synopsys' intellectual property, customer data, and regulatory compliance posture as AI becomes embedded across products and operations

- Drive workforce readiness and AI literacy across the organisation, ensuring employees have the skills and awareness to integrate AI into their daily work responsibly

- Establish Synopsys as a leader in enterprise AI governance, operationalising best practices that set the standard for responsible AI adoption in the semiconductor and high-tech industry

- Provide executive leadership with visibility into AI adoption, risk posture, and business impact through metrics, dashboards, and reporting that inform strategic decision-making

- Create governance mechanisms that adapt to evolving AI technologies, regulatory requirements, and business needs, ensuring Synopsys stays ahead of the curve as AI capabilities advance

### Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline

- 12+ years of experience leading complex enterprise-scale technical programs within software, semiconductor, cloud, AI, or high-tech environments

- Experience building or operating AI Governance, Responsible AI, technology risk, compliance, cybersecurity, or enterprise transformation programs

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI platforms, and AI adoption challenges within large organisations

- Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews involving Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders

- Familiarity with governance and risk frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and emerging AI regulatory requirements is a plus,

- Experience with portfolio management and workflow tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Confluence etc.

- Experience driving enterprise adoption, change management, workforce enablement, or AI upskilling initiatives is a plus
