## Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex, large-scale solutions using .NET, Azure, React JS, and Microservices architecture. You will own end-to-end delivery for key products or programs, driving technical strategy, architecture, and execution.

In this role, you will solve ambiguous, high-impact problems, define design approaches, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business goals. You will lead multiple cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and establish best practices in coding, design patterns, and system design. Additionally, you will drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI/ML and Generative AI, while ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.

You will play a key role in project planning, estimation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, while maintaining ownership of product vision, delivery timelines, and technical outcomes.

You are a seasoned Lead Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications using .NET, React JS, Azure cloud services, AI, and microservices architecture. You have deep expertise in system design, SOLID principles, and design patterns, along with a strong track record of delivering complex solutions.
