## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Stockport Retail Park. As a frontline role, you'll provide five-star service, recommend products, and drive sales growth.

**Work Pattern:** Wednesday: 14:00 - 18:00 Thursday: 14:00 - 18:00 Friday: 14:00 - 18:00 Saturday: 14:00 - 18:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Provide product recommendations

- Operate digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team

- Adapt to changing demands in the retail environment
