## Description

Formation Bio is hiring a Vice President, Product to own major problem domains across their drug development platform. The successful candidate will report to the CTO and lead a cross-functional team through delivery, setting the strategy, defining what to build, and being measured on whether the work actually changes outcomes for the drug programs and business functions they serve.

Responsibilities:

- Own the product strategy for a defined problem domain

- Drive adoption of AI across the domain

- Design systems that domain experts can build on directly

- Lead a cross-functional team spanning engineering, data science, and product

- Work directly with core functional teams as a strategic tech partner

- Guide the data science and engineering approach within the domain

- Maintain awareness of regulatory constraints

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in tech delivery with progressively broader scope

- Life sciences experience

- Strategic product thinker

- AI fluency

- Technical fluency

- Cross-functional leadership

- Business fluency

- Comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy

- Mission-driven

Total Compensation Range: $270,000 - $353,000
