## Description

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Frameworks team in Gdańsk, Poland. As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee a team of engineers working on PyTorch and Triton, ensuring they deliver high-quality work while maintaining a strong connection with their teams.

The Frameworks team builds software that enables seamless interaction between Graphcore's hardware and popular machine learning tools. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and developing software engineers, including coaching, feedback, performance management, and career development

- Contributing to PyTorch, Triton, or related Frameworks work through design, implementation, review, debugging, testing, or performance analysis

- Building alignment across teams, locations, and disciplines

- Communicating clearly in English and Polish, both verbally and in writing

We value experience in managing software engineers, strong software engineering capabilities in C++ and Python, and clear communication skills. Experience with PyTorch, Triton, compiler development, MLIR, LLVM, machine learning kernels, or accelerator architectures is desirable.
