As a Primary Care Sales Consultant - Cardiology- Tyler, TX, you will be accountable for implementing the sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product and driving launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Building and developing professional relationships with primary care physicians and pharmacy staff

- Driving demand, clinical education, and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan

- Leveraging expertise and knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplace, applicable competitors, industry, and cross-functional activities/plans

- Providing relevant input to other commercial colleagues on strategic and tactical planning

- Developing and implementing effective customer-specific business plans

- Prioritizing time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists

- Understanding and complying with pharmaceutical industry guidelines and regulations

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- A bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience

- Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

In terms of compensation and benefits, Bayer offers a salary range of $124,320 to $186,480 per year, plus additional benefits such as healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
