## Description

As a Sales Representative at Novartis, you will be the face of our customer experience approach, building deep relationships with customers and patients to drive sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

**Major Accountabilities:**

- Drive competitive sales growth by identifying and prioritising high-potential customers through data analysis.

- Develop deep customer insights and understanding by gathering information on their business and translating customer feedback into actions that create additional value.

- Engage and build relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders through value-based conversations.

- Personalise and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target HCPs.

- Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.

- Act with integrity and honesty, treating customers and colleagues in a transparent and respectful manner.
