As a Senior Game Product Manager, you will help create the most engaging and rewarding live service experience for College Football players.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop a comprehensive and data-driven strategy to drive revenue, engagement, and customer satisfaction through the in-game store.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the in-game store with the overall product vision.

- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and in-game events that drive player participation and boost in-game store sales.

- Translate strategic directives into objectives and key results, and monitor progress.

- Evaluate new business opportunities that provide value to players and align with goals.

- Partner with analytics to establish an experimentation roadmap, applying A/B testing and machine learning.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in the gaming industry.

- Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools and A/B testing to inform product decisions.

- Demonstrated ability to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- The salary range for this role is $92,900 - $129,200 CAD.
