## Description

We are seeking a Group Manager to lead and build up a new group within Vattenfall Power Solutions, focusing on hydro power and technical competencies. As a Group Manager, you will play a central role in building, developing, and scaling up the group, establishing long-term collaborations with partners and customers, leading and engaging employees, and ensuring the right competence, work environment, and goal achievement.

The group is expected to consist of around 15 employees and will provide services within the areas of Construction, Concrete, Mechanical & Process, and Electrical and I&C. Initially, you will also participate in projects and assignments and deliver your expertise to gradually decrease delivery as the group grows.

Requirements:

- University or civil engineering degree in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way

- Documented experience of management or leadership in a technical organization, such as energy, process, or industrial operations

- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

- Driver's license B
