## Description

We are looking for a trainee Assistant Legal Production to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our legal production team, you will work closely with senior legal production managers to support the production of original content for our Disney+ platform.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in drafting and negotiating contracts related to original productions and film acquisitions

- Review rights chains for original productions

- Analyze documents related to the legal delivery of original productions

- Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant issues

- Translate documents from English to French or vice versa

- Assist in preparing legal presentations and training sessions

- Contribute to the preparation of weekly legal updates

Requirements:

- Currently studying law, preferably with a focus on intellectual property, audiovisual law, or media law

- Strong command of legal English, both written and spoken

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
