## Description

Capital One's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) organization is seeking a Manager to support the execution, maintenance, and enhancement of the Company's Risk Appetite Framework.

The Manager will apply risk management and analytical skills to high-profile Risk Management projects, ensuring Capital One's stability and success.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the execution and day-to-day operations of the enterprise Risk Appetite Framework and risk metric programs

- Driving project management and milestone execution for the risk metrics system of record initiative and other strategic team projects

- Executing and enhancing Risk Appetite and risk metric strategies, methodologies, governance, and reporting elements

- Cultivating data sources to feed metrics/reporting and defining requirements for an enterprise risk metric system of record

- Performing detailed validation data analysis, trending, problem identification, and remediation plans

- Consulting on analysis and reporting outcomes to observe trends and provide insights on changes to the Company's risk environments

- Collaborating with stakeholders and leaders across multiple organizations to achieve objectives

- Demonstrating problem-solving and analysis skills with attention to detail

- Supporting internal control testing, audits, and regulatory exams

- Staying abreast of the changing regulatory environment and understanding impacts to Capital One

- Balancing multiple priorities to drive business value and support team objectives

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or military experience

- At least 4 years of experience in Project or Process Management

- At least 4 years of Financial Services or Risk Management experience

- At least 4 years of experience in metric analysis or governance reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's Degree

- 5+ years of experience in project, process, or framework management

- 5+ years of Financial Services risk management experience

- 2+ years of internal strategy or management consulting experience

The salary range for this role varies by location:

- McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400

- Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700

- Riverwoods, IL: $138,100 - $157,700

- Chicago, IL: $138,100 - $157,700

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
