## Description

We are seeking a Shift Lead - Food to join our team at Marks & Spencer in Epsom.

As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the fill operation, ensuring the salesfloor is ready to trade, and coordinating resources to serve, sell, and fill.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating resource to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation

- Leading the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way, and driving productivity in readiness for store opening

- Allocating resource effectively to deliver a quick payment experience

- Enabling daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently across the store

- Coordinating the team to deliver a clean, safe, and well-presented store

- Role modelling great Customer Service and M&S behaviours

- Supporting Colleague Managers and sharing observations to help deliver high performance

- Being a key holder and answering call outs as required

- Performing tasks related to opening and closing the building, including receipt of vehicles and temperature controls

In terms of work pattern, you will work a rotating shift pattern, which includes:

- Week One: Sunday 10:30-18:30, Monday 05:00-13:00, Wednesday 05:00-13:00, Thursday 05:00-13:00, Friday 05:00-13:00

- Week Two: Tuesday 05:00-13:00, Saturday 13:00-21:00

Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
