Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be working in a high-pressure environment, thriving under pressure, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide remarkable service, making sure customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products

- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

**Working Hours:** Week 1:

- Tuesday 1900-2300

- Wednesday 1900-2300

- Friday 1900-2300

- Saturday 1900-2300

Week 2:

- Sunday 1800-2200

- Thursday 1900-2300

**Important Notes:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- The + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

**Requirements:**

- You must be 18 years or older to apply

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
