As a Relationship Consultant – Banking, you will work at the interface of deep banking expertise and cutting-edge technology. You will support some of Europe's most significant financial institutions in making their credit processes smarter, faster, and more connected.

Your tasks:

- Act as a trusted advisor for prospects and customers, leading pre-sales conversations, presentations, and solution development around the specific possibilities of the nCino platform

- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects, identify solutions to central business challenges, and convincingly communicate the strategic value of the nCino platform

- Lead detailed product presentations and demonstrations, confidently addressing questions about functionalities and making the added value of nCino tangible

- Bring expertise in credit, lending, and financial services to every customer interaction

- Configure the nCino solution based on prospect-specific user stories and technical requirements, tailoring demos to the respective added value

- Collaborate closely with colleagues from pre-sales, sales, product, partners, and customer success to create a seamless experience for prospects

Requirements:

- Sound experience in the banking or financial services environment, ideally supplemented by experience in fintech pre-sales or consulting

- Proven ability to build relationships with prospects and customers and navigate complex stakeholder structures safely

- Excellent communication and presentation skills , you convince large groups and experienced executives

- The ability to react quickly to complex situations, adapt, and succeed in a customer-oriented environment

- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking

- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 60%)

Nice to have, but not required:

- Practical experience with loan origination platforms or processes

- Knowledge of credit risk management or regulatory requirements in the banking sector

- Experience using or configuring Salesforce

The base salary range for this job is: €58,800-€94,100 EUR
