## Description

We are seeking a Polyvalent Server to join our team at the Mercure Paris Orly Tech hotel, located in the heart of the Orly district. As a modern and recently renovated hotel, we offer a welcoming atmosphere to our diverse clientele, including business and leisure travelers.

As a Polyvalent Server, you will work 18 hours a week in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction, autonomy, and teamwork are essential. Your main responsibilities will include:

**Morning Service - Breakfast Buffet**

- Greet clients with courtesy and professionalism.

- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet (drinks, pastries, fresh products, etc.).

- Ensure regular replenishment of the buffet throughout the service.

- Provide hot beverages and respond to specific client requests.

- Clear, clean, and reset tables.

**Lunch and Evening Service - Restaurant**

- Welcome and seat clients.

- Take orders and advise on the menu.

- Provide table service in the dining area.

- Process payments (cash, card, client billing).

- Clear, reset, and restore the dining area after each service.

**Common Tasks**

- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and hygiene-compliant dining area.

- Monitor expiration dates and adhere to food safety regulations (HACCP).

- Participate in cleaning, tidying, and restoring the dining area and offices after each service.

- Report any anomalies or restocking needs to management.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in hospitality or service is desirable.

- Excellent customer service skills and presentation.

- Dynamic, punctual, and team-oriented.

- Organized and able to work independently.

- Effective stress management during peak periods.

- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations.

- Proficiency in English is an asset; additional foreign language skills are appreciated.
