## Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Leader for Land and Water (Byggledare Mark och VA) to join our team in Umeå. You will work on a long-term and exciting assignment linked to the development of Tomtebostrand, one of Umeå's major urban development projects. The assignment is initially a two-year contract with good opportunities for continued development within WSP.

As a Construction Leader, you are the client's representative in production and are responsible for ensuring that the project follows set requirements regarding quality, time, work environment, and economy.

Responsibilities include:

- Following up on contractor work within land and water projects

- Participating in and leading construction and production meetings

- Handling contractor issues, ÄTA work, and deviations

- Monitoring quality, schedules, and economy

- Participating in inspections and controls

- Being an important link between the client and contractor

Requirements:

- Experience as a construction leader, site manager, or equivalent in land and water

- Knowledge of contract law and industry regulations, such as AB 04, ABT 06, and AMA

- Experience in monitoring quality, time, and economy in contracts

- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing

- B driver's license
