## Job Overview

As Onboarding Team Lead, Germany, you will lead a team of 12 FTE onboarding specialists in Budapest, working closely with the Onboarding Operations team in Germany. Your goal is to ensure German merchants have a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience on Wolt.

## Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 12 FTE onboarding specialists

- Owning the onboarding pipeline to ensure accuracy and efficiency

- Tracking key onboarding KPIs, such as time to onboard and new live venues

- Collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Product, and the Onboarding Operations team in Germany

- Validating issues and escalating blockers early

- Planning team capacity and ensuring no partner is left without an owner

## Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience leading a team of 8 or more people

- 3+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment

- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken

- Comfortable working with data and using KPIs and dashboards

- Structured and detail-oriented with excellent pipeline management skills

- Ability to take ownership and drive changes independently
