## Description

We are seeking an Application Engineering Engineer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As an Application Engineering Engineer, you will provide technical support for EDA design and verification tools, including VCS, Verdi, Spyglass, Certitude, and Z01X, troubleshooting customer issues and working toward resolution.

You will take ownership of tool migrations and validation across different release versions, ensuring customers can move forward without breaking their workflows. You will collaborate with application engineers, R&D teams, and customers globally to understand requirements, escalate complex issues, and support successful tool adoption.

Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining strong customer relationships by actively tracking issues, following up on feedback, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the support lifecycle. You will learn and apply new tool features and capabilities, including AI-related functionality, as they become available.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. You should have a basic understanding of design and verification methodologies, or prior experience as an application engineer in the verification field. Working knowledge of Verilog is required, and familiarity with SystemVerilog, UVM, VHDL, or UPF is a plus.
