## Description

An exciting opportunity for an Engineer has arisen at Rivers Hospital in Sawbridgeworth.

In this role you will play a vital role in keeping our hospital safe, compliant, and operational.

**What you'll do:**

- Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements in all areas of Hospital maintenance.

- Ensure statutory inspections and remedial works are completed on time.

- Provide first-line support for medical gases and fire safety systems.

- Liaise with contractors, manage permits, and oversee minor repair works.

- Support project management and compliance initiatives.

- Participate in an on-Call rota for emergency cover

**What We’re Looking For :**

- Nationally recognised certification for plumbing.

- Post-apprenticeship maintenance experience.

- Multi-skilled (preferably plumbing ) with strong fault-finding skills

- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, Legionella prevention, and MMS systems

- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills

- Willingness to be a team player and work on own initiative.

- A full UK driving license is required
