## Description

Join our Global Commercial Sales team in Salzburg, Austria, and transform shopper and market insights into strategies that drive category growth and enable smarter, shopper-led decisions across the business.

**Responsibilities:**

- Create an insight-driven culture across Red Bull by transforming shopper, category, and market intelligence into actionable commercial insights.

- Build and manage strong relationships with external insight partners, lead contract negotiations, and drive ongoing engagement with global insight tools and platforms.

- Identify business knowledge gaps and transform complex shopper, consumer, category, and market data into actionable commercial insights.

- Turn insights into compelling commercial narratives that inspire action.

- Communicate complex insights in a clear and engaging way, delivering impactful presentations, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the business.

**Requirements:**

- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, ideally within Shopper Insights, Category Management, Market Research, or a similar insights-driven function.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with multiple data and insight sources, identify key findings, and translate them into actionable commercial recommendations.

- Experience in managing insights and thought leadership projects, with strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.

- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas, create compelling presentations, and influence stakeholders at different levels.

- Fluent English skills; additional languages such as German are an advantage.
