## Description

Illingworth Research Group is seeking a Site Augmentation Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site augmentation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Be the primary point of contact for sponsor clients, sites, and Illingworth business units for allocated site augmentation projects

- Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring compliance with clinical SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements

- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

- Lead the development of project-related documentation, ensuring compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

- Deliver site augmentation projects through effective communication, implementation plans, and performance metrics

- Build and maintain relationships with sites, sponsors, and Illingworth business units

- Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations, including contracted deliverables, projections, reports, and updates

- Identify changes in scope and seek client approval for change orders

- Provide input to corrective and preventive action associated with quality issue resolution

- Collaborate with study teams to define and lead site engagement and contracting processes

- Support the development of collaborative and effective site relationships and future horizon planning for site solutions and optimization strategies

**Additional Requirements:**

- Ability to understand and translate protocol requirements to deliver proposed site solutions

- Experience in managing site augmentation projects and teams

- Strong communication and leadership skills
