## Description

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days of on-site work and 1 day of remote work.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Device lifecycle management: assisting with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping

- Office IT support: providing on-hand support to our colleagues in our San Francisco office

- AV support: ensuring meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably

- End-user support: handling inbound support requests and being a friendly first point of contact for the team

- Onboarding: running IT onboarding calls for new joiners

- New IT projects: contributing to Tech Ops initiatives

- Automation and tooling: building automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work

- Documentation: writing and maintaining clear internal IT documentation and guides

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset

- Comfort with common IT fundamentals (macOS, networking basics, SaaS tooling)

- A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
