## Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide support to clients through inbound and outbound calls, email, and live chat support channels. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries

- Filtering content from the client's website

- Performing data and research functions

- Providing support through basic troubleshooting techniques

- Managing and resolving customer complaints

- Identifying and escalating priority issues

- Routing calls to the appropriate resource when necessary

- Documenting all information on customer interactions according to standard operating procedures

- Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPIs

- Participating in internal and external mandated trainings and seminars

- Maintaining knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures
