## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced SIP Trainer to join its USSOCOM System Integration Partner Program.

The successful candidate will resource and help execute world-class technical training instruction to partner components and their unique demands. They will also serve as the counter unmanned systems (cUAS) subject matter expert for components and help them resource realistic training and manage all hardware and software configuration of cUAS-peculiar equipment under the USSOCOM family of CUaS systems.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver training and education to SOF (Special Operations Forces) components across the entire Systems Integration Partner family-of-systems

- Directly support 1st Special Forces Command (A) (1SFC) G3 & G8 efforts aligned with C-UAS training, operations, and capability development

- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate with USASOC HQ G3 & G8 on all C-UAS training, operations, and capability development aligned with USSOCOM PoR systems

- Contribute to training curriculums (e.g., POIs) across a variety of platforms, ranging from computer-based simulations and knowledge portals to hands-on individual and collective training

- Collaborate with SOF component customers and own the cUAS problem for them by identifying knowledge gaps, training opportunities, and building solutions

- Create and update training material for Anduril and partner product capabilities

- Manage the end-to-end hardware and software configurations for all assigned cUAS equipment

- Build bridges between SOF components and Anduril, serving as the internal voice of the customer to all Anduril teams and capturing product updates and supporting training for end-users

Requirements:

- 8 years of work experience in the US Army Special Forces community

- Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing your own work in isolated environments

- Resourcefulness and independent collaboration

- Training background, ideally planning training events, developing curriculum, and/or delivering training

- Comfort with communicating complex thoughts simply across various methods of communication and tools

- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

- United States Army Special Operations experience required; significant experience within 1st Special Forces Command, (Airborne) or any of the seven United States Army Special Forces groups highly preferred

- Experience and/or understanding of the DoW acquisitions process highly preferred
