As a Software Engineer, Backend - FinID, you will work on multiple backend services and participate in consumer immersions to identify user challenges and develop solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Use technology to solve well-defined problems, building individual components or features based on well-defined tasks.

- Understand project requirements and use that understanding in your designs.

- Ensure reliability through design reviews, monitoring, and applying Operational Excellence (OE) standards.

- Take ownership of your code and ensure it's readable, maintainable, and well-tested.

- Understand and apply appropriate data structures and algorithms.

- Give clear, relevant feedback during code reviews and respond well to feedback from others.

- Respond promptly to issues and keep the working team updated.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

- Minimum 2 years of experience writing clean code in languages such as C++, C, Java, Scala, Python, Node.JS, or C#.

- Willingness to learn Golang.

- Experience with clean architecture principles, developing services that serve HTTP Restful API, and consuming and publishing messages from and to stream platforms like Kafka or SQS.

- Familiarity with cloud services, CI/CD tools, and relational databases.
