## Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with Chinese language skills to join our Engage service line, which provides technical support, community management, and trust & safety services for AAA and Indie studios in the gaming industry.

**Job Details** This is a fixed-term contract expected to last approximately 6 months, working remotely as a full-time employee.

**Responsibilities**

- Engage with players by responding to comments on social media platforms

- Collaborate with team members to align on tone of voice, FAQs, and response guidelines

- Provide cover as main point of contact for Community Managers when CM Lead is on holiday or sick leave

- Manage client interactions when CM Lead is on holiday or sick leave

- Foster a positive work environment, build engagement, and resolve conflicts

**Analytics**

- Create reports to analyze content performance and make recommendations

- Assist CM Lead in producing performance reports

**Leadership**

- Lead the team on paid social media

- Assist CM Lead in managing processes and delivering community management services

- Assist with training and coaching new and existing Community and Social Media Managers

**Business**

- Develop calendars with creative ideation and produce engaging content

- Schedule content across social channels and write copy aligning to brand voice

- Support campaign planning, audience and trend research, and brand building

- Align with studio to understand available imagery and create additional assets

**Requirements**

- Prior experience in community management/social media in gaming

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience with Heybox, Rednote, Billibilli

- Passionate about video games and social media

- Strong understanding of social media/community management platforms/channels
