## Description

We're looking for an analytical, commercially-minded Junior Strategy Analyst to help us grow and scale the product exponentially. This is a dynamic role where you'll tackle high impact business problems across a number of disciplines including pricing, growth, credit risk, new product development and product analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive pricing & promotions optimisation: Support the development and optimisation of pricing and promotional strategies across our channels and products through data-driven analysis.

- Pricing experimentation & impact assessment: Design, set up and run pricing tests and product A/B and multivariate experiments.

- Evaluate expansion opportunities: Support the evaluation of new product, channel and segment opportunities by extracting and analysing data.

- Collaboration & communication: Collaborate with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Data Science, Product and Growth to bring your strategies to life.

Your experience:

- 1+ years of experience in an analytical role (e.g. Product Analytics, Growth, Pricing).

- Proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of Python.

- Understanding of experimentation fundamentals; hands-on exposure to A/B testing is a strong plus.
