## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the investment product strategy for Fixed Income, Structured Products and Alternative Investments across HSBC India’s wealth business.

The successful candidate will combine deep investment expertise with commercial judgement, disciplined execution and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Key priorities include:

- Accelerating the growth of Fixed Income Products, Alternative Investments and Structured Products

- Integrating GIFT City offerings into the core investment proposition

- Establishing Fixed Income as a central component of every relevant advisory conversation

- Maintaining a high standard of product governance, suitability and risk management

Key responsibilities:

- Product strategy and shelf architecture

- Define and execute the product strategy for Fixed Income, Structured Products and Alternative Investments across HSBC India’s wealth segments

- Own the frameworks for product due diligence, approval, whitelisting, shelf sizing, review and retirement

- Assess the shelf regularly to identify product gaps, client suitability considerations and opportunities to improve portfolio coverage

- Maintain the right balance between product breadth, client relevance, governance requirements and commercial viability

The role requires deep technical knowledge of Fixed Income, Structured Products and Alternative Investments, as well as experience in wealth management, investment product management, asset management, investment banking or a related financial-services environment.
