## Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to provide valuable insights and solutions for specific functions or business units. The successful candidate will drive the forecasting process, align with overall business objectives, and support policy and process enhancement.

**Responsibilities**

- Perform complex financial analysis for specific functions or business units, identify issues, and recommend solutions.

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, providing valuable analytics to support key business initiatives.

- Participate in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain.

- Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.

- Support policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.

- Drive the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long-term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Provide information and counsel in areas such as controls, budgeting, and planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies.

- Solve difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.

- Lead moderate to high-complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and support the realization of operational and strategic plans.

- Provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles, aiming to enhance individual and organizational performance.

**Education & Experience Recommended**

- Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

- Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
