## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Green Bay location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals

- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility and function

- Provide education to patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
