## Description

We are seeking a Counter Manager to lead our team at Palacio de Hierro in Monterrey, Mexico. As a Counter Manager at Charlotte Tilbury, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences

- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive business growth

- Collaborate with store leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

- Develop and implement plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales

- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar field

- Passion for the beauty industry and strong knowledge of makeup and skincare

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
