## Description

As the Sr. Director, CBG Digital at 3M's Consumer Business Group, you will lead the digital transformation efforts, designing and scaling AI, Data, and Digital capabilities to drive growth. You will oversee architecture, platforms, and enterprise alignment, and architect and scale AI, GenAI, data science, and data platform capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead CBG’s digital, AI, and data strategy end-to-end

- Architect and scale AI, GenAI, data science, and data platform capabilities

- Own and evolve CBG’s digital capability map and composable roadmap

- Accelerate eCommerce and digital marketing performance

- Ensure robust, modern delivery through Agile, DevOps, MLOps, FinOps

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Ten years of leadership in digital transformation, AI/ML, analytics, or technology-driven business growth

- Five years leading directors, senior managers, and technical professionals

- Five years leading digital R&D, innovation, and IP creation

Additional qualifications:

- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Proven experience executing large-scale digital transformations

- Deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud ecosystems, and digital architecture

The expected compensation range for this position is $250,253 - $305,864.
