## Description

Diageo is seeking a Food Flavour Manager to oversee food flavour management and re-engineering in their manufacturing process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing and re-engineering food flavours to control flavour movements and extend shelf life

- Ensuring uniform quality blends for packing operations

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

- Analysing data and making informed decisions to drive improvements

- Developing and implementing digitization initiatives for blending formulae and access creation

The ideal candidate will have:

- M.Sc. in Alcohol Technology or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in distillery/blending

- Strong mathematical and data handling skills

- Excellent organoleptic sensory skills

- Experience working on SAP

- Recognition for preparation of blends
