As a Customer Advisor, you will ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service on the tills, website screens, and at the collection counter

- Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on financial service offerings, and process refunds

- Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products

- Build great knowledge about products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations
