## Description

Join ICON Central Laboratories and play a key role in supporting clinical trials that help bring innovative treatments to patients worldwide. As a Configuration & QC Specialist I, you'll help configure and validate clinical trial laboratory databases, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

- Support the configuration and setup of clinical trial laboratory databases (LIMS).

- Perform quality control reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

- Investigate and resolve configuration discrepancies.

- Partner with Project Managers, Setup Specialists, and Scientific Affairs teams.

- Maintain accurate documentation and support project deliverables.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in configuration, quality control, quality assurance, or data management.

- Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or other regulated environments.

- Familiarity with validation, documentation, and quality processes.
