## Description

We are seeking an Assistant(s) Regulation and Prevention to join our team at the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO).

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, formalising, and maintaining prevention plans and common preliminary inspections for external companies working on ACO events and facilities.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain prevention plans and inspection reports

- Develop and implement tools to track subcontractors and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements

- Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are in place

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a safe working environment

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators

Requirements:

- Relevant technical or regulatory background (Bac +2 to Bac +5)

- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a regulated industry

- Knowledge of French regulations (ERP, ICPE, Code du travail)

- Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)

- Strong organisational and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
