## Description

We are looking for a Sales Trainee to join our team.

The Sales Trainee role is a training position that prepares you for a career as an Account Sales Manager.

**Responsibilities**

As a Sales Trainee, you will:

- Learn about Red Bull and its products

- Build and protect the Red Bull brand

- Establish and maintain relationships with customers

- Execute daily plans and meet KPIs

- Support the team with audits, merchandising, and display building

**Training Program**

The Sales Trainee program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as an Account Sales Manager.

- Upon successful completion of the program, you will be eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles

- If no role is available, you may remain in the Sales Trainee role for up to 12 months or until a qualified role becomes available

**Requirements**

To apply, you must:

- Have a valid US driver's license

- Be at least 21 years old

- Obtain a DOT medical card

- Have experience in customer service and sales (desirable)

- Be able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- Speak English (additional languages an advantage)
