## Description

As a Storemanager at Coolblue's Rotterdam store, you will be responsible for the performance of the store. You will work closely with your 2 Assistant Storemanagers to ensure a smooth store operation, happy customers, and a top-performing team.

Your responsibilities include:

- Running the store like it's your second home

- Improving your team's performance every day

- Analyzing sales data and making improvement suggestions

- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees

- Collaborating with various teams such as Planning, Recruitment, HR, and Process Improvement

- Using commercial insights to drive business decisions

Requirements:

- HBO level education and at least 2 years of experience as a (senior) manager

- Experience in managing a large store in the Rotterdam area is a plus

- Fluent in Dutch and English

- Motivational personality with a focus on teamwork and results

- Active in coaching your team and improving store processes
