As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, you'll lead the store staff, ensure smooth store operations, and complete all opening and closing procedures.

**Essential Functions:**

- Management:

- Work effectively with store management and store crews

- Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities

- Communicate information to and from store management and crews

- Customer Service:

- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints

- Promote CVS customer service culture

- Handle customer relations issues according to company policy

- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality

- Merchandise/Presentation:

- Price merchandise

- Stock shelves

- Execute displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise

- Reset departments following planograms

**Required Qualifications:**

- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills

- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and to respond to urgent issues

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience as a retail supervisor

**Education:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:**

- 20 hours

**Time Type:**

- Part-time

**Pay Range:**

- $16.50 - $24.00
