## Description

We are seeking a Lead Engineer – Treasury Technology to lead the Engineering function for our Treasury Engineering product portfolio. You will be responsible for designing, building, and operating our Treasury trading, Balance-sheet Management, and Liquidity Reporting ecosystem.

As a senior leader in Software Engineering, you will lead a highly inspired and inquisitive team of technologists to develop applications to the highest standards. You will be expected to solve complex business and technical challenges while managing large and senior business stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities:

- Lead the Global Engineering function across our strategic locations based at Pune, Bucharest, London, and New York

- Communicate with senior business stakeholders regarding the vision and business goals

- Lead a culture of innovation and experimentation, supporting the full software development lifecycle

- Ensure on-time product releases that are of high quality

- Lead the development of next-generation cloud-enabled platforms

Your skills and experience:

- 18+ years of experience in software engineering

- Experience in implementing DevOps best practices, including CI/CD and API testing automation

- Experience working in an Agile-based team

- Knowledge of Java, Spark, and Scala

- Experience with cloud services platforms, particularly Google Cloud
